Sounds like a rights issue if you can not load program. Same with movies. Consult our support forum for answers.

Love the philosphy, hate the execution.   I've eadily laid $1,000 in Microsoft's palms over the past 6 years in home PC Windows licensing.   I'm now told I need to drop another $350 to upgrade my three machines (running vista and XP) to Windows 7.  I'd love for someone as M$ to explain their cost justification when Apple can offer simplified family pack upgrades for a fraction of the cost???
